What is a Crop Calendar?

There are 2 major aspects of our Supply Aggregation System.

1. Currently available commodities that are ready to be shipped (You can browse the marketplace for that information)
2. Commodities that are in the plantation phase and will be harvested soon.

The Crop Calendar is about Aspect 2. It gives critical information to institutional buyers about the planted crops, regions, tentative quantity available, harvest frequency, certification, etc.

Why the Crop Calendar is required?

Urjafarms is changing the approach henceforth. We have started marketing their produce when farmers are sowing the seed. We are helping farmers pre-book the produce and avoid the state of emergency. Of course, the way forward for us is to, “Sell First, then Sow”.
