All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Other Definitions:

1. TOSGPL – TOSGPL is a short form of M/s Trace Ostock Global Private Limited
2. Buyer – a buyer is a customer of TOSGPL
3. Sellers – an individual farmer and/or an FPO and/or grower groups and/or a trader and/or an operator working in the field of organic agriculture who has/have on-boarded his/her/its products to the marketplace created by TOSGPL

Other Terms & Conditions:

The Marketplace (www.urjafarms.com/marketplace) is a BETA version. A few functionalities may not work sometimes as we work at the back end. The price of every commodity does get updated periodically but not on a daily basis. Hence, once we receive an order or inquiry from a prospective buyer, we cross-check the price and availability with the seller and confirm the same to the buyer.

All of the mentioned rates exclude the following costs & are to be borne by the buyer:

1. Transportation (Depends on the quantity, source location, destination & means of transport, etc.)
2. Additional works/ processes (Sorting/ Grading/ Processing/ White label packaging etc.)
3. Taxes (If any – varies commodity to commodity)

M/s Trace Ostock Global Private Limited (TOSGPL)/ Urjafarms reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its sole discretion.

M/s Trace Ostock Global Private Limited/ Urjafarms hereby declare that the information related to the organic certification of a particular product is provided to us by individual farmers/ FPOs/ Operators/ Traders for their products. These sellers provide copies of their Organic Certification to us. We can share those copies with the buyer only after the order placing and TOSGPL reserves the right of sharing the information or certification copies at its sole discretion.

Delivery information: After placing the order on the Marketplace, the sales team of TOSGPL shall get in touch with the buyer. After the initial discussion, the team of TOSGPL shall revert to the buyer about the cost of transportation for his/her order.
